If you are not satisfied with an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with the original packaging.
Custom-made items and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If a return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, ARCLO will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
For eligible returns made for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
